Donors

• You confirm you are eligible and not under medical restriction at registration.
• HemaReach does not pay for donations and does not facilitate paid donation arrangements.
• You may opt out of all alerts at any time via STOP / 9 / app settings.

Institutions

• Only approved, licensed institutions may create blood requests.
• Donor identity received via Donor Profile ID may not be cross-linked or sold.
• HemaReach may suspend access for abuse, mis-targeting, or compliance violations.
